Planned for 2011 our second litter of Barbet Puppies; French Water Dogs.

Nelum-Himalis Daphné & Chmurnik z Górki Podduchownej will be having their first litter together!

This 2011 Nappyroots Barbet breeding will be bred for health, temperament, structure, ability and companionship. Breeding this summer in July with puppies born in September. This will be Daphné's first litter of pups and our Nappyroots 'B' litter.

Barbet Breeding 2011

We will be breeding our loving Nelum-Himalis Daphné (Nelum-Himalis Braise X Ulysse di Barbochos Reiau de Prouvenco) to Chmurnik z Górki Podduchownej (Ottavia X Borealii Choco-Pop). Daphné is the sister to one of the only three fawn Barbet in the world (Nelum-Himalis Deetha Deja-Vu) and daughter of one of the purest Barbet in existence today, Ulysse. Chmurnik has already previously fathered one litter of 8 healthy, beautiful and well structured Barbet. He has great retrieving abilities and is currently training for his Working Certificate title.

CH Nelum-Himalis Daphné CGN (May 17, 2009). Black. Height 20 ½" / 52cm. Weight 38lbs / 17.3kg. CERF eye tested - CLEAR. OFA Hips tested GOOD (A/A) & Elbows tested NORMAL.

CH Chmurnik z Górki Podduchownej (November 28, 2008). Black. Height 23 ½" / 60cm. Weight 59lbs / 27kg. CERF eye tested - CLEAR. OFA Hips tested EXCELLENT (A/A) & Elbows tested NORMAL.

Our second litter will be named Nappyroots "B" names that have an influential inspiring meaning to us. Wether collaborated after a musician, fictional character, or Barbet inspired. Our CKC kennel is Nappyroots reg'd.

All our puppies come from confirmed CKC Champion parents with a 3 generation pedigree; CERF eye tested and OFA/OVC Hip & Elbow Certified. Puppies will be CKC registered, vaccinated, tattooed (micro chipped only if necessary), temperament tested (Volhard's Puppy Aptitude test - Day 49), structure tested (Pat Hastings - Day 56), health guaranteed on a Non-Breeding contract and come with a Barbet puppy care package from us. Puppies are lovingly raised in our home until ten weeks old, very well socialized, with the lifetime support from your breeder.
